Enco Industries’ Sorbents USA Division Awarded Prime Contract
Plaistow, NH, April 27, 2010 – Enco Industries’ Sorbents USA Division is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a Prime Contract by Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Richmond to provide Environmental Spill Control Products. This is an ID/IQ Prime Contract with firm-fixed-price task orders and has a one-year base period with four option years. The 5 year value of the Prime Contract is expected to exceed $2 million.
Enco Industries’ Sorbents USA Division was awarded the Prime Contract as a result of its offer having the best overall value to the Government. The Defense Logistics Agency recognizes Enco Industries’ substantial history of developing and manufacturing environmentally critical products, price competitiveness and extensive Government supply chain fulfillment.
These products are considered to be mission critical and Enco Industries will be in charge of providing all military spec packaging, labeling, and logistics.
